KNLA soldiers on a relief mission in a very remote place in Burma. They bring food, medics and toys for IDPs who try to survive in the jungle. The karen minority in Burma is brutalized by the burmese junta and burmese soldiers. More than 300 000 karens are trying to survive in Burma. They have no medical support, no real education, very few food. The Burmese junta tries to wipe them out of their land. Karen people are victims of an ethnic cleansing and they live in constant fear of anothher attack. The KNLA soldiers are only 7000 to try to protect them.
